Kat Von D Shade and Light Eye Contour Palette Look
I got this look using the Kat Von D Shade and Light Eye Contour Palette, Noontide from ColourPop, Fenty Highlight, NARS lip pencil and Sephora lip colour!
Kat Von D 10 Year Aniversary Palette Look
I really like this KVD palette. For this look I wanted a stronger green and had to dip into my Subculture palette as well. I will repurchase the lipstick that I use in this video for the rest of my life. I never want to be without it- also it smells like cookies...
Cloud Paint
These liquid blushes work very well. I really like that they are highly pigmented and easy to apply with a light tap on the cheekbones. They leave a nice dewy finish.
The minute I saw Haze I knew that it would be great. I love a berry blush! For the look I mixed it with a bit of Dusk. Puff (not pictured) looks great on lighter skin tones!

I opened this palette and thought to myself...What am I going to do with this? I am accustomed to plenty of color and sparkle which cannot be found here. Lucky for me a sheet with tips for application came in the box. The palette is divided into three quads. The larger sections of color are used as bases on the lid, while the colors on the left of each quad are used on your crease. The middle colors, which are the darkest, are used in your outer corner while the colors on the right in each quad are highlights for your inner corner and thus lighter. I used the middle quad for my look.
I dig it. The colors are highly pigmented so they show up on darker skin tones which is great. You can create many different looks from grungy to soft day looks to dramatic night looks.
Do you need this? I am not sure because you may have these colors spread across many palettes in your collection. I found similar colors in my Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance and Subculture palettes. With that said minimalism isn't really my thing so I regret nothing.

I stayed away from this palette because of all of the drama surrounding it. In case you aren't aware people were upset at all of the fallout. They found the eyeshadows to be too powdery. Many also thought that the colors were hard to blend. I've seen this palette in so many people's "Worst products of 2017" videos! To that I say, "To each their own." I could not find this color selection anywhere else so I made up an excuse about getting off of the train at the wrong stop so that I could make a not so quick run to Sephora in midtown and show up late for an appointment. The first time I used it I was terrified of making a mess. Disclaimer- This palette is messy! Yet I still reach for it a few times a week. The moral of the story is that every pan has a lid, every foot has a shoe, every head has a hat- I could go on but I think you get my drift.

Sephora Blush
The only Sephora product I have ever tried was the Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick in Always Red. Walking by their display my eyes locked on this blush and my knees buckled. It had to be mine. It is the perfect pink for medium to dark skin tones. It's deep and rich and kind of hot pinky, kind of a tad bit purplely. I brought it up to the sides or my forehead for the look because life is too short to pretend that you don't love blush.

Red Lips
Life is funny. When I was younger red lips were off limits and somewhat scary. You were a real grown-up if you had on red lipstick. I was intimidated. Red lips signified a boldness I never thought was attainable. Today red is my signature lip color.
My favorites:
Sephora Cream Lip Stain- "Always Red"
Pat McGrath- "Elson"
M.A.C- "Ruby Woo"
Kat Von D Studded Kiss Creme Lipstick- "Outlaw"
Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink- "Pioneer"
